“Welcome to Pro Kitchen Hub (PKH), I am very proud and honored to be a part of this culinary movement that allows like-minded culinary professionals and aspired foodpreneurs to create, build and grow their culinary dream without the high-cost investment. I am excited to be part of your culinary journey and together everyone achieves more (TEAM). PKH facility was design by a culinary professional for culinary professionals. We, the owners and founders of PKH, hope you’ll have a great experience working in a professional commercial kitchen design for all your culinary needs. PKH is a shared commercial kitchen for rent and a center for culinary start-ups. We are much more than just a kitchen for rent. The facility works directly with startup entrepreneurs to assist them in starting and developing sustainable food businesses. This includes helping you through the state required paperwork and providing you with secure access to a licensed commercial kitchen as well as great culinary resources. We specialize in small culinary business growth and innovative ideas providing you with over 7,400 square feet our state-of-the-art shared culinary and bakers’ commercial kitchens. Our facility has office spaces available for rent and a 1000 square foot multi-purpose culinary studio perfect to showcase your amazing culinary products to perspective clients. In addition, we strive to provide you with as many tools you may need to be successful and encourage you to attend the in-house small business and culinary workshops. Co-Founders Vicky Colas Aka Chef Vicky (Founder & CEO) and Tommy Gilbert (Co-Founder & COO) have a combined 20 years in the food service and Culinary Business industry. Vicky Is responsible for community relations and takes a leadership role in activities that help members achieve visibility in the community. Vicky has a background in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts and holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Tommy is a start-up enthusiast and brings a unique combination of analytical, business and operational skills to the Pro Kitchen Hub executive team. With a background in project management, Tommy is using his 18+ years of experience in chemistry and research to explore the world of food science.
